Terms of use

These terms apply when you use TradeFlowAu (ABN 54 341 947 739), an Australian business based in New South Wales ("TradeFlowAu", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use TradeFlowAu for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the staff logins you invite.
• Business owners can remove staff access and delete the business at any time in Settings.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is offered to a limited number of businesses and includes monthly allowances for quotes, jobs, invoices, emails, customers, staff logins and file storage. The current allowances are shown in the app under Settings.
• Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed monthly in Australian dollars. You can cancel at any time and keep your paid allowances until the end of the period you've paid for, then return to the Free plan's limits. Your records are kept.
• Payments aren't refundable for part months, except where the law requires, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
• We may change plans, prices or allowances. We'll give paying customers at least 30 days' notice of a price increase.

Your information and your customers

• You own the information you put into TradeFlowAu. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service.
• You're responsible for having your customers' permission to store their details and to send them quotes, invoices and messages through TradeFlowAu.
• You're responsible for your quotes, invoices, prices, GST settings and tax obligations. TradeFlowAu calculates totals from the settings you choose but doesn't give tax advice.
• Please download or keep copies of documents you need for your records.

Fair use

Don't use TradeFlowAu to send spam, to break the law, to upload anything you don't have the right to share, to try to access other businesses' information, or to get around plan limits or security. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep TradeFlowAu running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Features may change as we improve the service.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, where the law requires, to supplying the service again.

Ending your use

You can stop using TradeFlowAu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or security reasons prevent it.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them and will change the date at the top. Questions? Email tradeflowaustralia@gmail.com.
